- an extract from the minutes of the general meeting of participants of the credit partnership with the decision to join the Union (with a list of participants with signatures and a seal attached);

- a copy of the order on the appointment to the position of the head and a document proving his identity;

- information about the Applicant containing basic information about him (year of foundation, number of participants, credit line limit, rating, loan portfolio quality, etc.).
